I wanted to take a moment and express our enormous satisfaction and thanks for the educational software package you designed.

 

As you know, the frustration of parents in having to manually register for parent/teacher conferences was bringing our staff to a standstill.  The sophistication and ease-of-use of your product changed this situation completely.  Parents were now able to register from their homes using a secure website and password.  They could see their child’s schedule at the same time that they created a schedule of conference meetings on a given afternoon.  And they were able to sign up for times that the program recognized as being open for the teacher.  Finally, they could print out the schedule and a map of their conference appointments. 

 

The accessibility of grades and progress reports as part of this program is an added benefit that is greatly appreciated.

Dear Don:

PT Conference has made it possible for me to attend conferences with my son's and daughter's school teachers.  Previously, I found it too difficult to attend parent/teacher conferences.  The extra trip to the school and the frustration in trying to get a convenient schedule made it so I just did not get involved the way I should have.

With PT Conference, I do not need to take time out of my work schedule to go the the school to schedule appointments.  I can do that from home in just a few minutes. 

Now that I have become more involved with my children's education, I can assist them more in their homework.  I have helped to improve their study environment at home, and their grades have improved as has their self-confidence.  This is a tremendous benefit in our lives, and I thank you for this application of new technology.
