We have created a demonstration account for a fictitious school with several students enrolled. Each student has a parent in the system and a full course of classes with faculty members for each class.
You may log in as a school administrator, a member of the faculty, and a parent. We recommend you try all three since each type of user has different functions.
A school administrator will set up parent/teacher conferences and enter information into the database such as faculty members, students, parents, courses, sections, students and their schedule of classes.
Faculty members will identify blocks of time they will be available during a scheduled conference, view and print the appointments the parents have made, and enter grades and progress reports for each student.
Parents will view their children’s schedule and progress reports, set appointments with teachers and view and/or print a map of the school or school campus.
We can provide you with usernames and passwords to access the program and see the power and ease of use of PT Conference. All we need is your name and email address to send you the login information you will need.
